of offering the highest level of service and expertise. In
pursuit of this Sam Ogburn, Jr. has earned the following designations:
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in
the residential sales field. The CRS designation recognizes
professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
CCIM® stands for Certified Commercial
Investment Member®. CCIMs are recognized experts in
commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management
valuation, and investment analysis. There are only about 2,500
CCIMs in the United States and Canada, representing a very
select group of all commercial and investment real estate
professionals.
The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager
(CRB) designation is recognized industry-wide as the symbol
of excellence in brokerage management. The CRB designation
signifies a leader in the industry and the highest level of
professional achievement and recognition in the specialized
field of brokerage management.
The CPM (Certified Property Manager)
designation is awarded by the Institute of Real Estate
Management (IREM) of the National Association of Realtors
® to professional managers who have distinguished themselves
in the areas of experience, education, and ethical conduct.
Holders of the CPM designation can best be classed as "versatile
specialists". CPMs have the competitive edge in every area
of real estate management from residential to commercial to
industrial. They are trained to professionally handle the
full range of management tasks from completing a feasibility
study to supervising a property change of use. Their skills
encompass the asset management, administrative, legal, social,
economic, and physical areas essential to professional performance.
CPM members are practiced in the art of combining day-to-day
property management with the broader asset management consideration
to achieve your property's financial goals.
The Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI)
designation, conferred by the National Association of Realtors,
is presented to Realtors who have completed a comprehensive
education program in residential real estate. The program's
focus is on practical real estate training.
